A huge Thank You to everyone that came out and worked on the Kingfisher  ‘Big Dig’ workday this past Saturday! It’s not easy to skip a ride on a beautiful Saturday and come out to work in the woods. We really appreciate the sacrifice you folks made. We had 32 people come out and work on clearing the next section of the Kingfisher trail. We are riding Saturday morning. Meet up and be ready to roll at 09:00 at Plainfield Rd. parking lot. Where: Plainfield Rd. parking lot located 1 mile west of the Church street end of Plainfield Rd. When: Saturday 2/18/2017 @ 09:00 am We’ll ride the connector trail to Reedy Fork Trail then continue onto Blue Heron. This ride is for all riders of all skill levels. Church St. parking eliminated.

Please be aware that on street parking on Church Street, (Blue Heron and Reedy Fork trailheads) has been eliminated.  You may park in the lot south of there on Church Street and use the Peninsula Trail to loop down to Church Street.   We recommend that the Richardson Taylor Preserve parking lot on Plainfield road provides better trail access especially for young or less experienced cyclists.  The trail in the Northeast corner of the RTP lot connects down to the Reedy Fork trail.
